The shipment will be made during the same working day to the completion of the order and being delivered in 48/72 working hours. The closing time for orders is 16:00 hours Monday to Thursday and until 13:00 hours on Fridays; orders placed after this time, on Holiday or Weekend, will be shipped the next working day. Delivery days are understood from Monday to Friday without taking into account national, regional or local holidays.

The shipment to Balearic Islands is made by courier taking 72 working hours from the preparation of the order.

The shipment to the Canary Islands will be made by CERTIFIED MAIL taking 5 working days from the accomplishment of the order.


The shipment from our facilities will be free for the client if the order is superior to 29€, otherwise it will have to pay 4.89€ VAT included in concept of expenses of shipment.


Items in stock

Products available in our facilities ready to be shipped. Items in stock will be processed the same day the order is placed, as long as it is placed before 16:00 hours Monday to Thursday, until 13:00 hours on Friday, after this time will be shipped the next working day. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday.


Upon receipt of the item, the customer must state on the delivery note if there is any indication that the package has been hit or may have any damage. The customer should review your item and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. After this time, Lagunne.com will not be held responsible for this product or any damage it may present. The maximum term to carry out the return will be of 15 natural days to count from the day of its reception.

Conditions of the return

The reason for the return will be communicated in advance by any of our means of contact: by email to info@lagunne.com or on our customer service telephone number +34 654 800 807.

The article must keep all the original complements and packaging. In no case will a product be accepted badly packed or different from the original, incomplete or with seals in the box of the same product.

Once received and checked the article will proceed to send another of the same reference. Due to the characteristics of the articles that we sell, if this one was exhausted, the client will have the possibility to change it for another one or to the refund of his money.

lagunne.com will not accept the return if any of the conditions mentioned above are not met.

If the customer is not satisfied with your purchase, the shipping costs of the return will be borne by the buyer and the refund will be only of the item, not including shipping costs.

In case of factory defect, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and lagunne.com will assume the shipping costs of replacement.

In case of article broken during transport or factory, or with a considerable defect that prevents its use, the shipping costs of the return will be borne by lagunne.com, and the reimbursement will be full.


Our after-sales service is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November which approves the text of the General Law for the defence of Consumers and Users. Therefore, the salesperson will have to deliver to the client his products according to the contract, answering opposite to any problem of conformity. lagunne.com commits to the substitution of the article, repair of the same one, reduction of the price or reimbursement of the money according to the characteristics of the mentioned thing previously.
